PROJECT OVERVIEW

Eight spacious apartments over four floors on a dense urban corridor in Thillai Nagar. The project demanded high structural density without sacrificing residential privacy, light wells, or pedestrian street appeal.

Cantilevered corner balconies and fluted architectural concrete pilasters establish an authoritative yet refined rhythm on the street, while each residence enjoys dual-aspect cross ventilation.

DESIGN APPROACH

Construction sequencing was tightly managed so the adjoining commercial street remained fully open. Excavation was completed with compact machinery, followed by staged plinth beam pours and precision formwork for the fluted facade panels.

Acoustic floor underlays, solar terrace pergolas, and dedicated basement parking deliver exceptional long-term liveability.
